SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

All TMerch & Co. customers will receive an email with order tracking information once order has been shipped from our facility.

 

What is your shipping policy?
 

TMerch & Co. Domestic shipments are done via USPS Priority and First Class Mail. USPS Priority and First Class Packages usually arrive to their domestic destination within 1-3 business days. Transit times vary depending on how far the package has to be delivered from its origin. The delivery timeframe starts after your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 1-7 days for production and up to two weeks for customized orders.

International shipments may impose duties and taxes that are not collected at checkout and are not paid when the shipment is originated. When your package is delivered the carrier may expect to collect duties and taxes from you. We only collect and pay for the postage cost. Delivery times are longer for international shipments. 

 

*** Delivery times are only an estimate and are not guaranteed. Customs or the carrier could cause a delivery delay of several weeks, this is out of our control.***

 

Lost orders are rather rare and we will make every effort possible to determine if an order is lost. Priority and First class mail orders are considered lost after 7 business days and no updates to the tracking information.

Our TMerch & Co. "Loyaltee" Program is currently only available for TMerch & Co. online store purchases. The program has not been offered to custom-ordering customers. The program is effective starting on 2/6/23 and will not be granted on any orders prior to this date. 

What is your return policy?
 

Due to our apparel being printed at the time of order, 

TMerch & Co. cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is damaged in transit, materially flawed, or defective. TMerch & Co. cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns or exchanges for this reason once the garments are printed. Please be sure to view our size chart for correct sizing before making a purchase. 

 

In the event you receive your order and your merchandise is damaged in transit, materially flawed, or defective, please contact us at Request@tmerchandco.com within 7 days from receipt of merchandise. Please provide your order number with all correspondence and proof of damage. We will review your request within 72 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement you will receive an email with details on returning the damaged merchandise. Once TMerch & Co. receives the damaged merchandise you will receive a new order confirmation that will allow you to track the progress of your replacement. Replacement orders will process with the same timeframe as our regular orders. 

 

TMerch & Co. does not offer returns or exchanges on customized orders. . 

TMerch & Co. does not offer cancellation on orders once order has been placed due to immediate production on merch.
